PE Foam Net Extruder is designed to produce expanded polyethylene netting for protective packaging.

PE Foam Net Extrusion Lines utilize a single screw extrusion process to mix low-density polyethylene (LDPE) with a foaming agent (butane gas) and anti-shrinkage agents to create lightweight, shock-absorbent mesh to protective cushioning for delicate items such as fruits (apples, mangoes), glassware, and electronic components.
